Spice. Everything is medium by default and the kani sauce comes on the side, so the heat is your decision. Say mild when you order and the kitchen holds back.

Allergies. Groundnut is in a great deal of what we cook, including the domoda by definition. Tell the waiter when you order rather than when the plate arrives and the kitchen will tell you honestly what is safe.
